Technical Assessment Report

Overview

For its 2023 Report on the State of the World’s Preparedness, the Board prioritized three areas of prevention, preparedness and resilience: Leadership and Accountability, Equity and Coherence, making evaluations based on indicators drawn from the GPMB Monitoring Framework for Preparedness. The Board identified experts to provide a preliminary assessment of the indicators. This Technical Assessment Report brings together evidence, data and analyses provided by the experts. These assessments were used by the Board as the core evidence base for the development of its 2023 Report.
